Local Service Plan
The Local Service Plan (LSP) is how we communicate our full range of services to school districts, allowing them an opportunity to review and give Douglas ESD feedback on how we can better serve the districts.
Budget
Our budget is adopted each year for the following school year and accounts for general fund and special fund programs administered by Douglas ESD. Click on the Budget link to get access to adopted budget documents back to 2009-10.
Annual Report
As per Oregon law, no later than October 1, of each year, the ESD board of directors produces an annual report related to the performance and the finances of the education service district for the previous school year.

Audit reports are conducted each for public entities at the end of each fiscal year by independent auditors.
