Douglas Education Service District now offers event planning services. Our knowledgeable staff member has experience in a wide range of services, from intimate gatherings to large-scale events. Our event planner can assist you in any phase of coordination: from initial set-up to day-of needs. We are able to offer our clients a wide array of services that allows us to fine-tune our services to fit every client’s needs. The ESD has its own registration software that makes registration a breeze, as well as personal assistance for those who prefer to work with someone to register. Our event planning coordinator can help clients navigate venue booking, manage vendors and presenters, and locate and coordinate catering options.
Beyond the technical assistance offered to clients throughout the event planning process, our coordinator can help customers with the marketing and outreach to ensure the appropriate audience is notified of the event. This multi-faceted approach is achieved through electronic flyers, design and implementation of an event webpage, and regular contact with potential participants. In addition to what our event coordinator does electronically, we are also able to offer clients a hard-copy version of all marketing efforts. As part of the Douglas Education Service District team, our event coordinator can work one-on-one with our Print Services professionals to design any desired materials. Being part of the Douglas ESD team also means that all financial transactions can be managed by the ESD’s business department.
