The South-Central Early Learning Hub focuses on serving
families and their children before they start school.

 

 

 

 

Our Services Include:

Preschool Promise We qualify students for Preschool Promise across the region.

 

Community UPLiFT Connects expecting parents and families with children ages 0-5, and up to 21 with special needs, to free and local support services through a closed-loop referral process

 

Home Visiting Systems Coordination Project is a collaboration that works collectively to strengthen and benefit all regional home visiting organizations and models within the South-Central region.

Kindergarten Readiness Partnership & Innovation* The Early Learning Kindergarten Readiness Partnership & Innovation Program invests in promising models for connecting early learning and K-3 education across the state, and promotes community and school partnerships that result in measurable increases in children’s readiness for kindergarten.

Systems Building Work The Early Learning Hub is charged with creating community partnerships and plans to strengthen the early learning system.  (to new section)
