LOCATION
Riddle is a community-centered setting nestled in the beautiful, rural town of Riddle, Oregon. It is situated about 25 miles south of Roseburg against the backdrop of gorgeous mountain views and rivers.  Riddle Elementary is a K-6 school serving just under 200 students.  We are a team of dedicated professionals focused on providing an outstanding education for our students.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicants must hold a Current Oregon Teaching License.
• Desire and ability to work with a team of professional educators in a small/rural school.
• Familiarity with instructional, assessment, and classroom management strategies that reflect current research and best practices.
• Experience working with diverse groups of learners.
• Knowledge and experience with differentiated instruction.
• Ability to engage students in learning and demonstrate effective management and supervision.
• Knowledge of Professional Learning Communities and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Standard First Aid certification, or the ability to obtain certification within two months of hire, may be required.
