Administrators will be supported in the development of inter-rater reliability. Administors will review district adopted rubrics and develop a clear understanding of effective practives.

  • Demonstrate familiarity with district rubric
  • Describe proficient practices based on district rubric descriptors
  • Provide feedback to educators based on evidence collection
  • Calibration of evaluator
